Afton to present at Lubricant Expo North America

We are excited to announce that Afton Chemical will present at the upcoming Lubricant Expo conference and exhibition being held on March 19 – 21, 2024, at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan.
 
Chris Cleveland, R&D Technical Director for Afton, will present Development of the Next Generation Electric Drive Fluid (EDF) on March 21 at 11:15 a.m. With market demands continuing to drive electrification at an ever-increasing rate, the primary focus for EDFs is optimizing efficiency. Key fluid properties for next-generation EDFs, such as thermal, friction and traction, and viscometrics, must be understood and implemented with the right balance. Both additive and base oil technologies are critical to achieving the best formulation. Additive technology delivers performance across key parameters, enabling desired viscometrics and base oil selection. 

Afton representatives will be in attendance and look forward to engaging with participants from across the industry.
