Application

HiTEC® 5754S olefin copolymer viscosity improver is recommended for use in industrial, gasoline and diesel crankcase lubricants. It is interchangeable with HiTEC® 5754A according to API guidelines. It can be used with Afton’s API SN/ILSAC GF-5 technology to produce licensable engine oils, or formulated with a suitable DI to meet performance requirements. HiTEC® 5754S is based on solid polymer with a typical Shear Stability Index (SSI) of 35.
