IIoT Technologies Leading to Engaged, Optimized and Profitable Customer Relationships
A growing customer preference for online interaction and the continuing development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies makes IIoT and online customer experiences a critical strategic area for companies involved in lubricants, industrial fluids, and related services. After providing a brief overview of IIoT technology trends, the presentation explores real-world examples of IIOT including lubrication, hydraulic power and service applications in multiple industries. Integrating IIoT sensors for fluid condition monitoring, fluid related field services, and online customer engagement / technical support are key to reaping benefits and iterating towards more sophisticated AI and Machine Learning concepts. Opportunities for close, long-term engagement with customers, significant business process improvements and new IIoT enabled busines models are discussed.

Pushing the Limits: The Pressures that Drive Hydraulic Fluids to New Heights
The ever-increasing needs of hydraulics end-users are driving continuous improvement in hydraulic system design. Modern hydraulic systems are operating at higher temperatures, speeds, and pressures and are experiencing increased power to weight ratios. Hydraulic fluid is the lifeblood and must provide the vital elements needed to bring performance and protection to these complex systems. Please join us as we hear a leading OEM view on key drivers in hydraulic systems and fluids and how these are leading to new hydraulic fluid rating procedures.
