Application
HiTEC® 3301 is a shear-stable viscosity modifier for automotive gear oils. It is specially designed for those formulations with more severe requirements of Brookfield, oxidation stability and/or filterability where bright stock and heavy neutrals may not be sufficient. It provides a cost effective alternative to high viscosity PAO.

Recommended Dosage
HiTEC® 3301 may be used in blends up to about 55% wt. depending on viscometrics and performance requirements. Please contact your Afton Chemical representative for specific recommendations.
