HiTEC^® 12220

HiTEC® 12220 is a premium dispersant inhibitor package for use in premium heavy duty diesel engine oils. This package, when used with HiTEC® 5748/A OCP Viscosity Modifier, fully meets the following API licensing requirements.

• API CK-4/SP in SAE 15W-40 and 10W-30
• API FA-4/SP in SAE 10W-30

HiTEC® 12220 exceeds rigorous industry standards in the areas of wear and oxidation performance as well as deposit, soot and contamination handling. It is also formulated to be used in the newest Gasoline Direct Injection Engines (GDI).
The diagram in figure 1 illustrates the level of protection achieved beyond CK-4 and SP (LSPI protection) specifications.
