Mexico Energy Reform 2018 Presentation Update
For more than 78 years, most of Mexico’s Petroleum Industry was closed to the private sector. This is changing thanks to the new Energy Reform that was approved by the Mexican Congress in 2013.
As a result, the fuels market is experiencing rapid changes. Afton has been in the forefront of these developments, participating in the discussions of the New Fuels Norm and pioneering the fuels additive approval process.
